Pretty Things in Mono and more@4

I'm back from my UK travels and ready for an all new episode of "Come To The Sunshine," this Monday (May 11, 2009) at 4PM (Pacific Time). I'll be presenting a stack of unplayed radio archive 45's I picked up on my trip. Including sides by:

In hour two, I'll be spinning my favorite Pretty Things album, "Emotions" (from 1967), in MONO (a copy I just picked up on my trip. If you haven't heard this lovely album before, it is a real treat - perhaps their best set of pop songs coupled with way-out orchestration. You can only find the stereo mix on CD.
 
I will also be playing a number of unissed Pretties rarities to close out this super artist spotlight. I hope you'll join me this Monday (or sometime soon). There are no podcasts, but the show repeats on Sunday at 7AM (Pacific Time).
